Hunsaker & Associates has been involved in Planning, Engineering, and Surveying since its founding in August of 1976 by Richard Hunsaker, Tom McGannon, John Michler, and Doug Snyder. Since its inception, the corporation has grown and prospered on a philosophy of personal involvement, teamwork, and a Commitment to Excellence. The difference that sets Hunsaker & Associates apart from other firms is the way our Planning, Engineering, and Surveying departments work together to create integrated solutions. Hunsaker & Associates offers a complete range of planning services including research, feasibility studies, general plan amendments, zone changes, preliminary design, due diligence cost estimates, and tentative maps. Hunsaker & Associates also supports our clients by acting as liaison with local planning commissions and review boards. Hunsaker & Associates opened its offices in August of 1976. Since that time, Hunsaker & Associates has consulted on over 500,000 acres of land development. Projects range in size and scope from small neighborhood shopping centers to large-scale planned communities. Increasing demand for quality engineering services dictated the need for larger facilities.
